Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream (I like Organic Valley, which is quite a bit thicker than other heavy creams. More bang for your buck!)
• 2 cups whole milk (Again, Organic Valley...)
• 3 egg yolks
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tbsps corn starch
• 3 tbsps matcha (I used 3)
• 1 tbsp vodka (optional)
• ice cream (maker)
