- fudge (Mocha, Ripple, recipe follows)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee (strongly, or 2 tsp instant espresso powder)
- 6 tbsps Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
